1. When the machine starts to warm up, first turn on the cooling water of the barrel. During the heating period, the set temperature cannot be increased to speed up the heating. Temperature time, because the surface temperature is reached but the internal temperature of the plastic has not actually reached the process temperature (the plastic is not completely melted). At this time, the extrusion will load the motor and gear box, causing the motor and gear box to be easy Damage; it will also cause material leakage at each locking part of the die; record the time of each heating and the temperature rise of each section, and if the temperature is not correct, report to the monitor or mechanics for repair in time, and register the repair record; check the compressed air pressure Can it reach 0.6Mpa≤air pressure≥0.8Mpa. Check whether the screws and nuts of the components are loose. If they are loose, tighten them. If necessary, report to the mechanic for inspection and fixation. Check the pneumatic triplex. 3. During the production of the machine, we must ensure that the material tube is as straight as possible, and the mold must be clamped in the middle of the material tube when the mold is closed, so as to ensure that the wall thickness of the bottle is uniform, and the length of the material tube is appropriately adjusted with the balance screw And throttling screws, you can’t turn off the heating or lower the set temperature during production. Always check the pressure of compressed air, the maximum pressure of the action (clamping high pressure), machine cycle time, blowing machine time, and make a record to ensure that every shift There is a record; look at the temperature of each section and the weight of each bottle number, and make a record to ensure that there are three to four records per shift; if there is an abnormality, you must report to the shift leader or mechanics for repair and register the repair record.
