01. The feeding position will never feed, and there are several situations that need to be checked:

Whether the hopper is out of feed, if it is: Need to fill up quickly

Never: Please check whether the control contactor of the hoist is in the energized state. If it is in the energized state, quickly check whether the motor is energized and loaded. In this case, it is very likely that the preform (preform) is stuck. With the lifting belt, the easiest way at this time is to naturally help lift.

02. Feeding old card feeding tray: This situation is a more headache problem. From experience, if the length of the preform (preform) is longer and the weight is larger, then this phenomenon is less.

03. After the bottle is blown, it must not be taken out of the mold.

The mold should be opened first, and the mold should be opened and closed manually. If it is normal, run it in the dry running state, if it is also normal.

Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal, and if the two blows fail every time, then it can be judged that the exhaust valve is the problem. Please open the exhaust valve to check the condition of its spring and seal (this Another kind of failure is that the exhaust sound is loud or there is a sound of dirty exhaust).
